Located on a small expansion shelf about midway between the Third and Fourth Circles, Musical Hell is presided over by Diva, a minor demon charged with passing judgement on the worst musicals ever committed to film. (She still hasn't figured out if this is their punishment or hers.) Take a seat on the bench and have your earplugs ready, because court is now in session.

Musical Hell: Rock of Ages (plus Cheapskate Live!)

It's time to explore the eighties-est jukebox musical of them all! Hair bands, hair spray and hairy monkeys await in Rock of Ages!

And if that's not enough, I'm back for my third go-round of Cheapskate Live! This time the Cheapskate and I take a little nostalgia trip back to the 90s as we partake in Magic: The Gathering: The Musical. Yeah, you heard right.

  1. I think I'm going to pass on this one until such time as I enter your infernal clutches and no longer have a choice.

No matter what iniquities are visited upon it, "Don't Stop Believing" will always be an awesome song. I put it on the jukebox every time I go bowling.

Happy anniversary! This is one of my regular stops on the web and a new Musical Hell review is always an occasion for rejoicing.
